Order Polices and Shipping Information
 
Website Orders
Placing an order through our website is easy!  Choose your products and simply add them to your cart.  Use the "continue shopping" button found on the shopping cart page to return to individual pages to order additional items.  Forms of payment accepted are:  All Major Credit Cards, PayPal, Personal Checks or Money Orders.
 
 
Mail Orders
Please use the printable order form found by using the link bottom at the bottom of each product page.  Simply select the items that you would like to order and send the completed order form along with your check or money order to the address found on the order form. 
 
 
Shipping Policies
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Standard Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Service.  We suggest that all orders purchase shipping insurance.  Order shipping insurance here.
 
 
International Shipping Policies
We will gladly ship worldwide and do so daily.  Over 45% of our online orders are internationally placed! We will not list ordered items as "Gift" or "Samples" on the customs form.  The amount declared on the customs form will state your actual invoice amount. We will not declare a lower amount to avoid taxation or to lower the taxation amount that the customer (importer) has to pay for the goods purchased. Please do not request these "services".   Any duty tax, or customs tax charged by the destination country is the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer/importer. 
 
 
Order Confirmation
Order confirmations will be done via Email stating that your order has been paid for.
 
 
Shipping Confirmation
Shipping confirmations will be done via Email or in the form of a PayPal notice, stating that your order has been shipped and will most likely (but not always depending on shipping method) contain a delivery confirmation number (US Only). 
 
 
Return Policy
All sales are final.  However, we want our customers to be return customers so all efforts will  be made to insure your happiness with any products we carry.  Custom made halters are non-refundable.  If the size ordered does not fit your horse, you may send it back for resizing.  There will be a $15.00 USD re-sizing fee.
 
 
Optional Insurance
Insurance is the buyers responsibility. Insurance will be purchased through the United States Postal Service.  Merchandise will not be replaced at our cost while insurance claim is in progress.   Order shipping insurance here.
 
 
Shipping Damage
High Ridge Tack is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.  Items missing from damaged packages will not be replaced by High Ridge Tack   Insurance is available.   Order shipping insurance here.
 
 
Delivery Confirmation
Orders shipped with Delivery Confirmation will be considered delivered once USPS or UPS has scanned the shipment and it is termed "delivered" by their system.  Items lost or stolen before the buyer received them that we termed delivered, will not be replaced by High Ridge Tack.
