When making a purchase from High Ridge Tack your invoice will state:  All sales are final. Exchanges are granted at the sole descretion of High Ridge Tack.

High Ridge Tack and it's owners will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the purchase or use of products offered for sale or manufactured by High Ridge Tack or its owners, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
